River Delta Capital focuses on small cap growth companies in innovation and sustainability with a market capitalisation up to € 500 million.

The fund managers apply an extensive research framework to identify potentially undervalued growth companies and determine their potential. An important aspect of this research framework is a strong set of investment criteria that is applied to each potential investment.

We will often follow companies over a long period of time before forming a definitive view on each of these criteria. The final investment decision depends on the market value in combination with the company’s associated downside risk, growth potential and catalysts for unlocking that potential.

We have a preference for lower market capitalisations as it allows for higher potential returns and better possibilities to obtain an information advantage. Although targeting high-growth companies, River Delta Capital has a strong focus on managing downside risk.

River Delta Capital will only invest when the market value offers an appropriate buying opportunity and it believes an information advantage can be obtained.
