One of River Delta Capital’s core strengths is its independent and methodical research of the full small cap universe in each of the markets we operate in. Over a thousand companies are identified and screened using long lists before progressing to shortlists for thorough research based on our set of investment criteria.
Each company with perceived potential for investment is placed on a watchlist, when a detailed investment hypothesis is developed with accompanying milestones for the company to reach.
Interesting companies are often monitored for long periods of time before investing. Both fund managers assess every opportunity independently at each phase of the selection process. Investments will only be made if both fund managers have a high level of conviction.
